Terms of Service

Effective June 12, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern use of Teely.shop (the “Service”), a storefront and print-fulfillment platform operated by PrintBere (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Teely.shop lets sellers (“Merchants”) create hosted storefronts, list products featuring their own designs, and sell to customers (“Shoppers”). When an order is placed, we print the Merchant's design on the selected product and ship it to the Shopper. We provide the platform and fulfillment; each storefront is owned and operated by its Merchant.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to open a Merchant account.

3. Merchant content and intellectual property

Merchants keep ownership of the designs and content they upload. By uploading, you grant us a license to store, display, and reproduce that content as needed to operate your storefront and fulfill orders (including printing it on products).

You are solely responsible for having the rights to everything you upload and sell. You represent that your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity, or other right of any person, and you agree to cover any costs or claims we incur because content you uploaded infringed someone's rights.

Content must not be unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or designed to deceive. We may decline to print, remove listings, or suspend accounts that violate this section, at our discretion and without notice.

Rights holders: to report content you believe infringes your rights, contact us at the address below with the listing URL and a description of the work. We review reports promptly and remove infringing content. Repeat infringers' accounts are terminated.

4. Orders, production, and shipping

Products are made to order. Production times are estimates, not guarantees. Orders may be cancelled while they have not yet entered production; once printing begins they cannot be cancelled. If an item arrives damaged or misprinted, contact the storefront you bought from — defective items are reprinted or refunded.

Because items are printed specifically for you, made-to-order products are otherwise not returnable except where required by law.

5. Payments

Shoppers pay the Merchant directly through the Merchant's own payment processor. The Merchant is the seller of record for their storefront, including for refunds to Shoppers. Merchants owe us a fulfillment fee for every order (product base cost plus shipping), billed per their selected billing settings. We may pause production of a Merchant's orders while fulfillment fees are unpaid.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no attempts to breach security, scrape other users' data, send spam through platform features, misrepresent who you are, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for us or others, or are inactive with unpaid fees. Orders already paid for fulfillment will be completed or refunded.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
